Hot Air sterilizer are made for Dry Sterilization of Vials,
Ampoules, Containers and Bottles as well as for sterilizing
powders, liquids for siliconizing. It is designed for
a maximum temperature of 300oC and will be
controlled by electronic digital temperature controller.
Sizes:
Five standard size and also custom built sterililzer to
meet individual requirement.
Design
and Construction:
Complete GMP models made out of S.S.304/316 Sheets
3mm thick external and 2mm thick internally.
There will be two doors, one on sterile side and other
on non sterile side. Door lips will have silicon gasket
to prevent air leakages.
There will be 4 point centrally locking device to ensure
positive locking without any leakages.
Sterilizer will be insulated with 125 mm thick fibreglass
insulation. Air inlet will be through Hepafilter and Exhaust
will have a S.S.mesh filter. Both inlet and outlet will
be automatically operated through control panel.
Heating:
Heating will be by "U" tube air heater
made out of S.S. 304 and will be divided into 3 heater
banks which will be operated automatically. The heating
load will be according to the size of sterilizer. The
entire heater assembly can be brought out from outside
for maintainance, hence reducing the break down time.
Also the heater terminals are brought outside the internal
heating chamber to eliminate the problem of black particles.
Air Circulation:
Air inside the sterilizer will be circulated
by a heavy duty centrifugal blower mounted on a suitable
motor. The blower will suck the air from one side and
force it on other side such that air current will pass
over the entire charge loaded in the boxes.
Trolley:
Sterilizer One / Two trolleys according to the
size of the internal chamber. Carriages will also be provided
for main trolleys.
